Unlike a tour guide who provides a regulated historical tour, our focus is on communication and assistance. we are here to translate for you, help you navigate the digital landscape (like mobile payments), and ensure you can communicate your needs to locals.
Q: Why do I need an interpreter if I have a translation app? A: Apps are great for single words, but they fail in noisy environments, with local dialects, or during complex situations like medical needs or detailed bargaining. We provide the nuance, tone, and human connection that an app cannot.
Q: How does the "Free Chauffeur Service" work? A: We provide complimentary private vehicle transfers (e.g., airport to hotel) for guests who meet our "Premium Client" criteria. This is usually based on the length of your booking. Please contact our customer service to see if your trip qualifies!
Q: Do I need to pay for the interpreter’s lunch or tickets? A: Yes. Since the interpreter is accompanying you at your request, the client covers their modest transport fares, entrance tickets (if you want them to enter a venue with you to translate), and meals during the service.
Q: Can you help me if I lose my passport or need a doctor? A: Absolutely. As your linguistic companion, we will prioritize your safety and assist you in communicating with the relevant authorities or medical staff to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We require a 30% deposit to secure your dates. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
